Seasonal Vegetables
We produce only seasonal vegetables, excluding chemical fertilizers, pesticides and toxic herbicides. Disease is controlled and soil is fertilized by natural methods and organic supplies
Organic and ecological farming
In addition to organic, it is important that the cultivation is also ecological. Our farmer respects the environment, does not waste water, recycles organic matter and saves energy for its cultivation.
Sustainable growth
Having an environmentally friendly approach as regards natural resources and with the aim of meeting the needs of the proper nutritional value of our products, we avoid soil depletion in order to achieve the natural, stable, permanent and sustainable production of our goods in the future.
Rotation
We alternate crops in the same soil and comply with the set-aside (fallow) requirements, that is, we let soil rest by temporarily stopping its cultivation in order for it to regain its productivity. When the soil is not pressed to overproduce it offers tastier and higher nutritional value products.
Precision Farming
We have developed an advanced production process model with soil preparation, such as laser leveling and precision solenoid valves, to avoid waste of resources and to achieve excellent productivity.
Digital Supervision
The property is equipped from one end to the other with sensors that measure the exact amount of water, air, biological fertilizers, temperature, humidity and solar radiation and update the computer system via wi-fi. Through this direct knowledge and information, the ideal natural conditions are created so that the crops can grow properly
